Registered in Milan Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Registro dei Revisori Legali (Register of Independent Statutory Auditors) since 2007, after working in a Professional Firm of Milan for ten years, he has co-founded the Balestrucci Lucchini Commercialisti Associati, today Lucchini Studio Associato. He has acquired significant expertise in the show business, real estate and food industries and he has specialized in renewable energies, namely in the photovoltaic sector. He is in charge of and coordinates financial, tax and administrative due diligence activities, aimed at M&A operations, supporting foreign investors in planning their business in Italy. He does not only provide traditional tax and corporate advice, but also supports investors in each strategic corporate decision they make.
